By request: the new single from my latest LP

"Vacuum Void of Fun" is the latest single from my new LP, now available on Bandcamp*. You can also find this song on your fave streaming platform like Spotify, Apple, Deezer, etc, but the full album Split Seconds On Earth won’t be there until this fall.

For those wondering why, I’m testing a ‘waterfall release strategy’ to streaming platforms. It’s all DIY over here…

Written in the early days of lockdown life, Vacuum Void of Fun toys with the concept of isolation and the beauty you find when you train your racing mind to ‘be in the moment’.

The song features a whacky vintage guitar pedal called a Funny Cat and there are hidden references to Superchunk and Husker Du in the lyrics.

Fitting, since both Superchunk and Husker Du have “new” music out.

I know, right? What a world.
